Digital Downloads

All digital products sold on Papers Planners are non-physical, digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

Download Access & Limits

  • Digital downloads are available for 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • Each digital product includes a limited number of downloads, as stated on the product page at checkout.

  • Downloads are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file within the allowed timeframe, please contact us at help@papersplanners.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Device & App Requirements

Our digital planners are designed for use within compatible planner apps (such as GoodNotes or Penly).
These apps may require a separate paid subscription and are not included with your purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device and app are compatible prior to purchasing.

Copyright & License

All digital products are protected by copyright law.
Purchase grants a single-user license for personal use only.

Any suspected file sharing, redistribution, or abuse of download access may result in license termination without refund.

FAQ

Why does my tracking look “stuck”?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is packed and a shipping label is created. After the label is printed, it can take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan/update. Some packages won’t show movement until the carrier completes the first physical scan (pickup or drop-off).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before your order ships. Email us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
What are GoodNotes and Penly?
They’re planner apps used to write on digital PDFs with a stylus.

GoodNotes is most common on Apple (iPad/iPhone), and it’s also available on some Android tablets.
Penly is one of the most compatible options for Android tablets/phones.

These apps are not free, and purchasing a Papers Planners digital file does not include the app subscription/purchase.
What do you mean by “hyperlinked” on the digital planner?
“Hyperlinked” means the pages have tap-able tabs/buttons (like a website). Tap to jump between months, sections, and pages instantly — no endless scrolling.
