Can I customize pages or the planners at all?

We do not offer customization at this time.

How many times can I download a digital planner?

You may download your digital planner up to 3 times for personal use on your own devices (for example, an iPad and a computer or phone).

If you need additional access due to a technical issue, please email us and we’re happy to help. This limit helps protect against piracy.

It's undated, but are the tabs labeled?

Yes, it's undated. However, the tabs have the months on them in order from January-December. The monthly calendar spread also has the month printed on the top.

Can I switch my design after I order?

Possibly. Please email us as soon as possible after ordering. Design changes are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability and whether your order has already entered production. We’ll confirm within 24 hours.

Will you offer your planner in a printable?

We now offer our planner as a printable PDF download.

I want to collab, or become an affiliate - do you offer that?

What do I need to use the digital planner?

This digital planner is designed for use in compatible planner apps (such as GoodNotes®). These apps are third-party tools, require a separate subscription, and are not included with your purchase.

Why does my tracking look “stuck”?

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is packed and a shipping label is created. After the label is printed, it can take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan/update. Some packages won’t show movement until the carrier completes the first physical scan (pickup or drop-off).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel anytime before your order ships. Email us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

What are GoodNotes and Penly?

They’re planner apps used to write on digital PDFs with a stylus.

GoodNotes is most common on Apple (iPad/iPhone), and it’s also available on some Android tablets.
Penly is one of the most compatible options for Android tablets/phones.

These apps are not free, and purchasing a Papers Planners digital file does not include the app subscription/purchase.

What do you mean by “hyperlinked” on the digital planner?

“Hyperlinked” means the pages have tap-able tabs/buttons (like a website). Tap to jump between months, sections, and pages instantly — no endless scrolling.
