Refund policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Preorders

All preorder purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Inventory is reserved specifically for preorder customers, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Estimated ship dates are listed in each product description.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, customs fees, or taxes assessed by your country upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or preference-based issues.

If you need to request a modification (such as a design swap), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on order status, stock availability, and whether the order has entered processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, contact us at help@papersplanners.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

To assist with damage claims, we require clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items and are subject to approval. Approved replacements will ship within 1–3 business days, pending availability.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the immediate nature of access and download. No exceptions.
