Downloaded your Papers Planner? Now let’s turn it into a planner you’ll actually love using.

Whether you print at home or send your files to an office store, you can customize your planner with the paper, binding, covers and dividers you love.

1. Choose Your Paper Size

Print on the paper size you want to use for your finished planner.

When printing, select “Fit to Page” / “Fit” in your printer settings. This allows the planner pages to scale to the paper size you’ve selected.

Important: Always check your print preview before printing the entire planner!

2. Pick the Right Paper

For that smooth, premium planner feel, we recommend:

110 GSM paper
or
80 lb TEXT paper

⚠️ TEXT is important! When purchasing 80 lb paper, look specifically for 80 lb Text, not 80 lb Cover/Cardstock. Cover paper is much thicker and is not what we recommend for your planner pages.

3. Print at Home OR Have It Printed

Don't have a printer? No problem.

You can upload your planner PDF to an office-printing store such as Staples or Office Depot and have your pages professionally printed.

Just remember: choose your paper size, select a similar text-weight paper, and have the file printed double-sided when appropriate.

4. Punch + Build Your Planner

This is where it gets fun. ✨

You can create a:

Disc-bound planner — use a disc punch + your favorite discs
A5 6-ring planner — use an A5 6-hole punch + A5 binder, A5 Binder2, A5 Binders at Hobby Lobby
Other binder sizes — choose a punch that matches your binder

You can find inexpensive disc punches, A5 6-hole punches, discs and planner accessories on Amazon.

5. Make It Yours 🤍

Add dashboards, tabs, pockets, stickers and dividers to completely customize your planner.

You can make your own dividers or purchase ready-made planner dividers on Amazon.

And don't forget the cover!

FAQ

Why does my tracking look “stuck”?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is packed and a shipping label is created. After the label is printed, it can take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan/update. Some packages won’t show movement until the carrier completes the first physical scan (pickup or drop-off).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before your order ships. Email us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
What are GoodNotes and Penly?
They’re planner apps used to write on digital PDFs with a stylus.

GoodNotes is most common on Apple (iPad/iPhone), and it’s also available on some Android tablets.
Penly is one of the most compatible options for Android tablets/phones.

These apps are not free, and purchasing a Papers Planners digital file does not include the app subscription/purchase.
What do you mean by “hyperlinked” on the digital planner?
“Hyperlinked” means the pages have tap-able tabs/buttons (like a website). Tap to jump between months, sections, and pages instantly — no endless scrolling.
