By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Preorders
Preorder items ship according to the timeline listed in the individual product description. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production or logistical delays. Expedited shipping does not speed up preorder fulfillment.
Package Marked Delivered but Not Received (Lost or Stolen)
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:

Allow 3 business days from the delivery scan. Carriers often resolve misdeliveries during this time.

Check nearby areas (porch, mailbox, leasing office, side doors, etc.) and with neighbors.

Contact the carrier directly (USPS/UPS) to confirm delivery details or GPS scan location.

Verify your shipping address matches the address provided at checkout.
If the package is still missing after completing the above steps, email us at help@papersplanners.com.
Once carrier confirmation and required documentation are received, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. We cannot guarantee replacements without carrier confirmation and required photos.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Email help@papersplanners.com with clear photos of:

The outer packaging (all four sides)

The inside of the box

The damaged item(s)

Do not discard the packaging until we confirm the claim process has begun.
Per carrier insurance requirements, damage claims can be submitted after 20 calendar days from the ship date. We handle damage claims directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Contact us immediately to confirm the correct address.

Once a label is purchased, carriers do not allow address changes.

Returned packages must come back to our warehouse before reshipping.

Reshipping requires a new shipping payment.
If you choose to cancel instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, as it has already been paid to the carrier.
Tracking Not Updating After Label Creation
Tracking updates can be delayed or skipped by carriers. In most cases, your package is moving, but was not scanned properly.

Shipping Times

During peak planner season (November–February), allow up to 7 business days

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high demand. Shipping delays caused by carriers are not grounds for order cancellation once an order has shipped.
International Orders
International delivery times can take up to 40 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Customers are responsible for all VAT, duties, customs fees, and taxes.
We may suspend shipping to certain countries based on carrier reliability.
Digital Products

Digital products are available for download for 90 days from purchase.

Each digital planner includes a limited number of downloads for personal use.

If you experience a technical issue or need additional access, please contact us and we’ll assist.
Digital planners are protected by copyright and tied to a license key. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or misuse may result in revoked access in accordance with our license terms.
Please support creators by not sharing digital files.
