Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders or delayed-fulfillment purchase options. This policy explains how cancellations and changes apply to those purchases.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock but is scheduled to ship at a later date. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

Inventory is reserved specifically for pre-order customers.

Payment may be collected at checkout or reserved and captured prior to fulfillment, depending on the purchase option used.

Once an order has entered processing or has been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refunds are not issued for pre-orders. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on damaged or incorrect items.
Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscription-based products.
Try Before You Buy
We do not offer try-before-you-buy purchases.
